Exceptions to our Returns Policy

Equipment such as cricket bats, hockey sticks and protective equipment must be unused and in original condition with tags attached. Footwear and apparel must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached. Products not meeting these criteria will be exempt from return.

If it has been more than 30 days since your last item was delivered, please contact us about returning your item.

Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original payment method. Please work with the gift giver if you need to return any items.

Orders purchased on KookaburraSport.com can’t be returned to another retail store or partner.
